Supplementary Feeding Program

Nitong October 15, 2025 sa Brgy Buensuceso Gumaca sinimulan ang feeding program sa 15 malnourished na bata edad 3-5 years old.Matatandaan 2 sunod na taon nanguna sila sa tala ng madaming underweight, mam, at sam.

Mula sa Recipe book ni Dra Helen nagbase tayo ng 5 masustansya pagkain. Kinapulong muna natin ang mga sangguniang barangay ng Brgy Buensuceso at mga ina ng beneficiaries upang mahikayat sa gawaing ito.

Sa pangunguna ni BNS Jenny at Bhw tulong na niluto ang mga recipe at ipinamahagi sa mga bata.

Magtatagal ang programa sa loob ng 90 days at umaasa tayo may positibo itong epekto sa kanilang timbang.

It was indeed a brainstorming day gathering of the different members of the nutrition advocates of Quezon province

The program was gracefully opened by our awardee superior maam Joan Zeta Decena emphasizing the good news of recognising the whole effort of Quezon in uplifting the nutritional status. We wove an ordinance for the healthy food program in both elementary and high school level.We added the inclusion of the outside stores with the pecified measurements from school premises. She warmly presented also the passing of Quezon Provincial Nutrition Code as a blueprint for effective implementation.

Maam Tin described the status of Quezon municipalities.It was good to know the pursuing attitude of our town to eliminate step by step the poor parameters leading to a more nourishing citizens.

Maam Monette Saberola Manahan presented another wove ordinance regarding the benefits of nutrition workers.

Representative from Phil.Statistics Authority and Provincial Veterinary Office shared their reports too.A realisation descrepancy of DOH target population and PSA data instilled in our minds that needs to be corrected due to skyrocketting situation yearly. Provet animal milk hub to be established in Calauag got our attention.

Ito ay dahil sa pagkakamit ng 100 percent PBG grant. Tranch 2!

Pauna ng binasa ang nakaraang katitikan at isinunod ang mga agenda na mga tatalakayin
Matimo na nakinig at nakiisa.Ilan sa mga tinalakay ay ang masugid na pagsusumite ng 18 forms para sa maayos ma monitoring, Vitamin A, deworming, complementary feeding, at hhealth education sa mga healrh center. Nagbigay din ng reminders ang ating tachnical manager at HEPO.
Isang distrito din ang nagreport ng kanilang gawain sa barangay.

Nagbigay inspirasyon ang mga bns na minonitor ng PMNP upang bigyang pasilip kung paano bumisita at mag interview ang mga validators
