I was invited by the daycare teacher to give an overview and discussion for an additional knowledge for the benefits of our dear parents.

It was a tame moment as i face the audience. I need to catch their attention to be able to gain their interest.

As part and parcel of the nutrition and F1k,these were the following topics i discussed among 25 parents

- 3 basic food groups
- macro and micronutrients
- 10 Kumainments
- Pinggang Pinoy
-Deworming among pregnant and children
- Vitamin A supplementation

UNICEF evaluators maam Lindsay and maam May had a face to face analysis with HEPO Jay Mark Livado and MNAO Arnan Villon Sazon on the different programs intended for health promotion and social behavioral change. After a thorough checking, it was then approved and ready for planning and implementation
