LOOK | KmK! – Kabataang may K!, in partnership with the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO), and Diffun Central School - Integrated SPED Center (DCS - ISC) held the International Day of Persons with Disabilities cm Christmas Party on December 9, 2025 at the DCS-ISC gymnasium.
The event was attended by different Special Needs Education (SNED) students from Diffun, Quirino. The activity aimed to honor the abilities, strengths, and contributions of Persons with Disabilities by fostering an inclusive environment and strengthening support systems and to provide meaningful opportunities for participants to understand disability inclusion, reduce stigma, and encourage advocacy, while engaging the community in festive and collaborative activities while sharing the joy and generosity of the Christmas season.
