The Municipal Health Office of Roxas was recognized as the Health Care Facility with the Most Number of Accredited PhilHealth Services Offered during the PhilHealth Stakeholders Recognition organized by the Local Health Insurance Office of Palawan. The event, themed “A Celebration of Partnership: Caring for the Heart and Health of Every Palaweño,” took place on November 13, 2025, at Citystate Asturias Hotel, Puerto Princesa City.
Through the directive of Municipal Mayor Pedy Bautista Sabando and under the leadership of Dr. Lei Dominique Parreño, together with the unwavering dedication, integrity, and commitment of the MHO staff, the office continues to expand and strengthen its accredited services, which include Konsulta, Malaria, Family Planning, Mental Health, TB DOTS, and Animal Bite Treatment.
The Municipal Health Office of Roxas continues to focus on providing accessible, comprehensive, and high-quality healthcare to the community. This recognition highlights the LGU’s commitment to making sure that healthcare is available to everyone and reflects the office’s dedication to serving the people of Roxas.
