🦷 FREE DENTAL ACTIVITY | SSU Care and Wellness Services 🦷

SSU Care and Wellness Services successfully conducted a Free Dental Activity on December 11, 2025, at the SSUPC Medical-Dental Clinic, providing much-needed oral health services to our students.

Led by our University Dentist, Dr. Marivic L. Borja, the activity offered dental check-ups and tooth extractions to students who availed of the service. A total of 25 students received dental check-ups, while 21 students underwent tooth extraction and were given proper medication and post-care instructions.

We would also like to thank the SSUPC Red Cross Youth volunteers for their valuable support and assistance during the activity, helping ensure a smooth and orderly flow throughout the day.

Care and Wellness Services – Paranas Campus proudly participated in the Dental CIVAC held on November 21, 2025 at SSU Main Campus, organized by the SSU Care and Wellness Unit in partnership with the AFP 8th Infantry Division.

Thank you to our students who availed of the free dental services, and to our partners for extending their expertise and support to the SSU community.

Together, we continue to champion accessible oral health and student wellness across our campuses.

𝗦𝗦𝗨 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗦 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗨𝗦 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬

The Care and Wellness Services – Paranas Campus will facilitate voluntary student participation in the CIVAC Dental Activity at the Main Campus Care and Wellness Clinic on November 21, 2025 (Friday).

Since SSU Paranas Campus has no Friday classes, students who wish to avail of the free dental services may voluntarily join the trip.

The campus vehicle will depart from SSU Paranas Campus at 8:00 AM. Students who want to participate may proceed to the SSUPC Clinic and look for Nurse Karisha Gonzales for registration today.
Please note that only students who signed up voluntarily and are listed for the trip will be allowed to board.

This activity is in coordination with the SSU Care and Wellness Services-Dental Unit, as part of the university’s continuing effort to promote student health and wellness.

Reminders for Participants:
✔ Voluntary participation only
✔ Bring your School ID
✔ Arrive early for vehicle boarding
✔ Follow all safety and clinic protocols
✔ Practice courtesy and discipline throughout the trip
