The Municipal Health Office, with the full support of LGU San Jose de Buan, is conducting the Capacity Building on Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) for our dedicated BHWs and BNSs.

This initiative strengthens the skills and knowledge of our frontline workers in guiding mothers and families toward better child nutrition and healthier beginnings. 🌱✨

Matagumpay na naisagawa ng SAN NICOLAS Health Zone ang PuroKalusugan Inter-Barangay Health Zone Summit sa pangunguna ng Municipal Health Office at DOH HRH ng San Jose de Buan kasama ang mga opisyal ng San Nicolas sa pangunguna ni Punong Barangay Hon. Vic Bisnar at ng kanyang masisipag na kagawad, BHWs, at mga Tanods.

💚 Lubos ang pasasalamat ng MHO sa walang sawang suporta ng LGU San Jose de Buan sa lahat ng programang pangkalusugan.

Kasama rin sa selebrasyon si Ma’am Sarah Obosin mula sa DEPED at ang ating matitikas na kasundaluhan mula sa 87IB Charlie Company 2LT Mugar at 46IB CPL Estillero na nagbigay-lakas at suporta sa buong gawain. 💪🇵🇭

✨ Nagsimula na ang training para sa ating mga BHWs at MHO personnel para sa Samar Maternal Risk Tracking and Monitoring System (SMART MOMs) — isang collaborative initiative ng PSRP at UNICEF Philippines.

Layunin ng programang ito na palakasin ang kakayahan ng ating local health units at barangay health workers sa monitoring, early detection, at timely referral ng high-risk pregnancies upang matiyak ang mas ligtas na pagbubuntis at mas maganda ang kalusugan ng mga ina at sanggol sa buong Samar. 🤰👶💙
