Dental Mission 2025

One of the most anticipated activities at the campus clinic is the Annual Dental Mission, which caters to the dental health needs of our students and staff. This activity was made possible through the partnership of the institution with the Ospital sa Barangay Program of the Provincial Government of Samar and the support from the administration. This program aims to bring different health services closer to the people and free from expenses. With that, a total of ninety-one (91) clients (students, staff, and other civilians) were able to avail themselves of the services, which included tooth extraction with free medicines, dental consultation, and dental x-ray.

The Campus Clinic extends a heartfelt gratitude to everyone for your participation in making this activity a success.

The Campus Clinic is thrilled to offer an exclusive short course program designed specifically for student volunteer respondents and first-aid responders. This program aims to train and prepare students with fundamental life-saving skills, ensuring they are ready to assist in medical emergencies both within and outside the campus.

SJC First Aid Responders in Action.

The Northwest Samar State University - San Jorge Campus had it's three-day Intramural Meet 2024 from November 20 to 22, 2024. During this activity, our student first aid responders, as well as from the faculty and staff, rendered their service. Ensuring safety in each sport and minimizing any inevitable injuries acquired.

We invite all students, faculty, and non-teaching staff of NwSSU-San Jorge Campus to the Dental Mission on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at 8:00 AM at the NwSSU-San Jorge Covered Court.

This initiative is organized in collaboration with the Samar Provincial Government and the Samar Provincial Hospital - Barangay Dental Team. It aims to promote oral health awareness and provide essential dental care services to our campus community.

This activity is also in connection to the Blood Program of the Municipality of San Jorge and aims to strengthen and enlighten our modern heroes about the significance of blood donation.
