Boosting metabolism can be achieved through a combination of healthy habits. Here are some tips to help improve your metabolism:

1. *Exercise regularly*: Incorporate physical activity into your daily routine, such as cardio, strength training, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
2. *Eat a balanced diet*: Focus on whole, unprocessed foods like vegetables, fruits, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Avoid sugary drinks and foods high in added sugars, saturated fats, and sodium.
3. *Get enough sleep*: Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night to help regulate hormones that control hunger and fullness, as well as support muscle growth and repair.
4. *Stay hydrated*: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to help your body function efficiently.
5. *Incorporate metabolism-boosting foods*: Certain foods like green tea, cayenne pepper, citrus fruits, and lean protein sources can help increase metabolism.
6. *Get enough protein*: Protein takes more energy to digest, which can help increase metabolism. Aim for 0.8-1 gram of protein per pound of body weight daily.
7. *Incorporate strength training*: Building muscle mass can help increase resting metabolic rate (RMR), meaning your body burns more calories at rest.

Morning or Evening Zumba? What's the Difference?🤔

Some do their Zumba in the morning while others do it in the evening as they have more time at this moment.

Doing your workout in the morning 🌅
📌 can boost your energy 💪,
📌productivity and
📌a great way to start your day on a positive note. (yes, for me this works best)

On the other hand, doing it at night (at least 2 hours before bedtime)
📌offers an effective stress relief and
📌improves 😴. But you can observe yourself if you do it at night and then you become more active. That's why it's highly recommended to do it for at least 2 hours before bedtime.
How to choose
Consider your goals: If your goal is to boost energy for the day, morning is better. If you want stress relief and peak performance, evening might be better.
Listen to your body: The best time is the one you can stick with consistently. Find a time that works best with your schedule and energy levels.
Don't go too hard before bed: If you choose an evening workout, give yourself at least 1–2 hours before sleep, especially if you find vigorous exercise makes it hard to fall asleep,
