Akala mo simpleng tayo lang…
pero biglang sumakit ang lower back at hindi na makatuwid.

May mga pasyente kaming ganito ang kwento:
Kumakain lang sila, tapos pag tayo—
biglang sumakit ang lower back.

At ang mas mahirap?
Pati pagtulog, hirap na rin.
Kahit anong pwesto, may kirot. 😖

Hindi lahat ng back pain galing sa mabigat na trabaho.
Minsan, isang maling galaw lang sapat na para magka muscle spasm o strain.

⚠️ Kapag pinabayaan:
• Mas lalong titigas ang muscles
• Mas hihirap gumalaw
• Maaapektuhan pati tulog at pahinga

• maling galaw
• muscle imbalance
• matagal na pag-upo
• o dating injury na hindi na-address

Kaya kahit magpahinga ka, bumabalik pa rin ang sakit.

Bilang Physical Therapist,
hindi agad galaw ang inuuna —
tinitingnan muna kung saan talaga nanggagaling ang pain.

👉 Mas nagiging effective ang therapy kapag tama ang assessment.
