Always stay in the shade, use umbrella or use a lotion that provides an SPF (Sun Protection Factor) to protect you from the harmful effects of the sun. Ang advantage lang pag nag-iinject ka ng gluta, pag naarawan ka hindi ka masyado iitim, whereas pag di ka nag-iinject, mas iitim ka.
