Never justify the acts of bullying โš ๏ธ
By definition, bullying is intentional and repeated behavior that causes physical, emotional, or psychological harm. There is an intent to harm, which means bullying is not a mistake โ€” it is purposeful and occurs more than once.

Mental health is not tangible. We never truly know what someone is going through until they find the courage to seek support. Please take this seriouslyโ€”mental health conditions are not something people simply choose to have. There are several factors that may contribute to a personโ€™s struggles.

This is a gentle reminder to educate ourselves before we speak. Our words hold power, and we may never realize how deeply they can affect someone.

We all have our own battles to fight. May we always choose empathy and offer support with compassion. ๐Ÿค

Children experience disasters differently from adults because their sense of safety, control, and understanding of events are still developing. Their reactions depend on age, developmental level, personality, previous experiences, and the reactions of caregivers around them.

While having โ€œGo Bagsโ€ ready is essential for our physical safety, we also need to prepare emotionally and mentally. Disasters donโ€™t just shake our surroundings โ€” they can deeply affect our sense of security, especially in children.
