WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY

Theme: “Access to Services – Mental Health in Catastrophes and Emergencies.

The earthquake today reminds us how quickly fear and doubt can shake not only the ground under our feet, but also our sense of safety and calm. At times like this, mental health care is just as important as physical safety.

Let's keep getting ready for disasters, but also for the feelings that come after them. Keep in mind that asking for help is a sign of strength and that no one should have to deal with fear or trauma on their own.

The Guidance and Counseling Office wants everyone to check in with themselves and others. We work together to make a community of care and strength.

Temporary Suspension of Office Work and Transactions
Due to SPU Surigao’s Institutional Retreat

Please be informed that St. Paul University Surigao will temporarily suspend all office work and transactions from June 9 to 12, 2025. This is in observance of the Institutional Retreat, a dedicated time for spiritual reflection and renewal for all employees and administrators of the University.

The date for the resumption of regular operations and transactions will be announced soon.
