Have you ever been bullied? Failed a class in school? Lost a loved one? Got your heart broken?

Sorry, lovies! Tanong lang… Walang personalan! Hehehe!

What am I trying to say here? Adversity doesn’t discriminate. Kung nabubuhay ka, dadaan at dadaan ka sa pagsubok.

Think about the people you know who are successful in their personal and professional lives. Were they born destined for success? Paano nila nagagawang mukhang madali ang pag-abot ng pangarap na para sa karamihan ay napaka-imposible?

It’s not fate. Alam mo kung ano ang mayroon sila? Resilience. The good news is that it’s not a fixed trait. Hindi ito isang bagay na iilan lang ang mayroon. We all have it in us. All we have to do is learn to develop and utilize it—to give it a go.

Resilience ensures that you get up even after falling down several times. It’s the ability to overcome adversity, learn from it, and push through to new heights. And it’s what separates the successful from the rest.

Some of the most successful people in the world are the ones who have failed the most. Basically, you have to get knocked down in order to learn how to pick yourself back up. Over time, successful people learn not only how to overcome, but to embrace these challenges. They understand that each crisis they face is a chance to learn and grow.

Don’t lose what you have to what you have lost. Your “why” is the heart of your motivation. Knowing and owning the “why” behind your actions is more important than your actions itself. Dahil kung talagang gusto mo ang isang bagay, walang kahit anong excuse ang makakatalo dito.

How to keep a relationship?

Love each other unconditionally.

What does that mean?

Talking about the good and bad things.

Making time for one another.

Being honest and faithful.

Leaving the past to the past.

Knowing that arguments are normal.

Accepting that you won’t always be happy.

Appreciating each other’s strengths and weaknesses.

Being best friends.

Tag your love and let them know you appreciate them!

Karamihan sa atin ang tingin kapag networker, kailangan sociable ka. Tipong outgoing, eager, at kayang makipag-sabayan sa kahit kanino. Yeah, some of those people are really excellent networkers, but that’s not always the case.

SHY PEOPLE CAN BE EXCELLENT NETWORKERS. How? Well, networking is about being genuine and sincerely interested in others. We all know how quiet and introverted people can be very genuine and sincere. They usually like listening more than talking. At aminin man natin o hindi, as humans, we all love being heard.

Okay I get it, you’re shy. But remember this: Whatever you repeat, you reinforce. So, if you don’t go out of your comfort zone and talk to strangers, then the fear will continue or worse, increase.

Palaging sinasabi ng mga matatanda, “Walang mararating ‘yang hiya mo.” And honestly, it gets real as you grow older.

Hindi naman na bago sa inyo na undergraduate ako and that was the primary root of my insecurity. I lacked confidence to the point na akala ko, hindi ako papaniwalaan ng mga tao. Akala ko walang papansin sa akin and I thought I was not smart enough to be in such industry wherein talking and engaging to people is a must. Keyword? Akala. Akala ko lang pala lahat.

Now, I am even considered as a mentor and a coach. It feels really good that I get to inspire people through my story at sila mismo ay nagkakaroon din ng lakas ng loob.

So, please… Don’t hide your light because some people might need to see someone’s light before they will have the courage to light their own.

This can take time; however, it is worth it.

Because for me and for thousands of people, this is the best business in the world.
