ALERT Philippines Inc. All Emergencies, Rescue & Radio Team The seven(7) individuals responsible for the conceptualization of this rescue group were Chinito A. Gabon Jr., Rackie O. Ptr.

Organizational Brief History

Originally, all EMERGENCIES RESCUE & RADIO TEAM PHILIPPINES, INC., or simply known as ALERT PHILIPPINES INC., was a result of a series of meetings done by seven (7) individuals having common desire to see the province of Samar to have its own rescue group with proper training's and equipment that could respond in times of disasters and calamities. Mabutol, Francisco C. Florentino, Rev. Marvin G. Añonuevo, Winston C. Tobawon, Salvador T. Ilagan, and Ruen J. Julaton. The four (4) other members (Edna F. Blanker, Rene Rufo Gamba, John Daniel B. Panis, and the late Nestor Panis) were added later before its SEC registration. With the group's eagerness to start a new rescue group, these individuals with some probationary members decided to have their formal launching last April 1, 2009 with a motorcade around the city of Catbalogan province of Samar. Thus, April 1, is considered as the group foundation day. Days later, the application for SEC registration was sent to Manila with its original! proposed name "All Emergencies Rescue and Radio Team Philippines". When the Securities and Exchange Commission found out that the group to be registered is also a radio group, our documents were sent to the NTC for proper review and comment. On May 7, 2009, the Securities and Exchange Commission has approved the application for registration of the ALERT Philippines, Inc. with SEC Reg. CN 200906389. Thus, these eleven (11) founders become the incorporation of the organization. Since then, just for all most five (5) months of existence, ALERT Philippines has conducted seminars and training's for its new members regarding First Aid, CPR, Proper Radio Usage, and other necessary skills for rescue. As a non-stock, nonprofit, nonpartisan and nonsectarian civic organization our noblest aspiration is the public welfare through responsible and active radio services engaged in public assistance particularly during disaster and natural calamities or whenever there is need to ensure public comfort and convenience by utilizing all means of communication systems from among the members. Share this candle in memory of someone in Heaven. MeetMattFraser.com

Know that they are still with you only in a different way. You can speak to them at any time and they can always hear you. They are constantly sending you signs to say "Hello" from heaven and to let you know that they are forever with you. Can you feel them?
