At dawn, harvested yellow oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus citrinopileatus) and sautéed it with butter, garlic, onions and a bit of black pepper...so heavenly!!

And soooo... Let me share with you one of the future products of Olaping Ni Ebing... Tadadadanngggg.... MUSHROOM EMBUTIDO! Many customers asked how our OYSTER MUSHROOMS gona be cook. Others said that no one cooks for them, and so Ebing mustered all her courage to try something new.. And this is it!!!

Felt so good to introduced myself to an ard that I am Ebing and I'm into business 😅 and geee he bought my mushrooms and told me to visit his office, his staffs might buy too.. Ahhh bless him!!! 🙏😇

Hello Dear FB Friends! for the very first time I was able to harvest (200 grams) and sell YELLOW OYSTER MUSHROOMS!!.. gosh my heart overflows with joy as they had grown so beautifully and yummy....
.. Oh, of course so as PINK OYSTER MUSHROOMS, always blooming and fruiting regularly!! 😉😉😉

Sprouting beautifully and amazingly these pink and yellow oyster mushrooms!!!

PINK oyster (Pleurotus djamor) - vibrantly pink when young, and whiten as they start to age. They grow in clusters or large bouquets and edges of cap tend to curl with age. They're meaty and take on flavor of bacon, hence good substitute!

YELLOW oyster (Pleurotus citrinopileatus) - sometimes called Golden Oyster, fruits in vibrantly bright bouquets. Cooked for a sufficient amount of time, a balances "nutty flavor develops.
