MENOPAUSE DIDN'T BREAK ME, IT MADE ME RUN. This is what menopause should look like, rediscovering yourself and the power within this massive transition. My passion for good causes, gave me the inspiration and focus to choose being a better version of myself despite the challenges menopause brings. What about you? Have you looked deeper? Your most powerful self is still in there waiting for your greatest transformatipn yet ❤ You got this beautiful woman! 💪❤❤

Running marathons for a cause has helped me keep fit through discipline and focus, manage the weight gain, ease the physical symptoms, and rebuild my confidence during menopause. .

Movement is powerful.
Purpose is even more powerful.
