Free Online medical consultation procedure:

Step1: send a message to the webpage BOHOLANO DOCTORS CARE and agree with the terms and conditions.

Step 2: Book.an appointment. Disclose all necessary information needed by the MD

You should disclose:
Full name, birthdate, address, email, cellphone number. All medical conditions, all medications, past procedures and surgeries, smoking, alcohol, known allergies.
Inform the MD of current medical related conditions/ complaint and/or discomfort.

Step 3: MD issues email or scanned laboratory request/ order (only if applicable) and is likewise to be printed out by the patient and presented to the medical/hospital laboratory.

Step 4: upon the release of the results, patient scans and/or takes a picture of the laboratory result and sent to the messenger conversation of BDCARE webpage

Step 5: MD in return sends diagnosis+recommendation +prescription (if applicable) to be printed by the patient and presented to the drugstore for medicine/s purchase

Step 6: Patient gives feedback information and update through BDCARE Msgr after atleast 5days

Terms and conditions:

1. An appointment must be confirmed as an initial step to the consultation procedure.

2. The MDs will accomodate non-emergency medical consultation only. All emergency cases shall be referred for hospital ER as the case may be.

3. All information acquired through Boholano Doctors Care webpage and messenger shall be secure and protected unless signified by a waiver by the patient or unless he himself shares or discloses it openly for public view

4. BDcare Medical doctors may on their discretion, require consultation on a personal appearance with the patient depending on the case.

5. Boholano Doctors Care webpage shall not require any form of compensation from its patients for the services rendered

6. Delay in the responses are inevitable due to the hectic schedules of the medical practitioners. The doctors reserve the right to refuse a medical consultation as the case may be.

7. Personal communication with the concerned admins of the webpage would be highly recommended. It would be appreciated if there may be concerns, suggestions, and comments.
