SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

The shipping company J&T does not allow customers to open the package before payment, but please don’t worry about scams.

The sender name will appear as GH Food because this is the brand name from Japan. We import the products to the Philippines and our shop name is TL Food.

The package will clearly show the product you ordered. When opening the package, please record a video while unboxing so the shop can assist you if needed.

The shop will handle the following cases:
1️⃣ If the shop sends the wrong product.
2️⃣ If the product is damaged or broken and cannot be used.

👉 Since the product is made in Japan, the date format used is:
DAY / MONTH / YEAR (DD/MM/YYYY)
❌ It is not written in the MONTH / DAY / YEAR (MM/DD/YYYY) format like in the Philippines.
Therefore, please take note to avoid misunderstanding the product’s expiration date.
