What would it feel like to be seen as you are? ✨
This moment was not about just about being in a red bra.
It was about what becomes possible when people feel truly safe to show up as they are.
I am deeply grateful to .ph for creating a space rooted in trust and care as they celebrated their 2nd year anniversary, and for inviting me to share this work with their community.
When safety is present, vulnerability does not need to be forced. It arises naturally through presence, reflection, and connection to the body.
My work has evolved from yoga into performance and wellness facilitation because I have seen how sustainable confidence is built. Not by fixing ourselves, but by being supported enough to listen inward.
Thank you for holding space for this kind of work and for continuing to build community in such a meaningful way 🤍
