🔹 Developmental or neurological issues
🔹 Anatomical problems of the oral cavity
🔹 Limited interaction or stimulation

When Is Tonsillectomy or Adenoidectomy Recommended in Kids?

These procedures may be advised if your child has:
✔️ Frequent throat infections
✔️ Breathing or swallowing problems
✔️ Sleep apnea due to enlarged tonsils/adenoids

Discuss with your ENT doctor if your child’s symptoms interfere with sleep, speech, or quality of life.

I Have Ear Discharge — What Should I Do?

Ear discharge (or otorrhea) may be a sign of:
🔸 Infection
🔸 Injury
🔸 Eardrum perforation

❗ Don’t self-medicate or use cotton swabs. See an ENT specialist for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Prompt medical attention can prevent hearing loss.

CENTRÉ doctors in action. Our ENT doctors took part in the Silip-Linis Tenga activity of the PSO-HNS Southern Mindanao Chapter, which catered to grade school pupils of SPED Bangkal, Davao City. Our doctors also volunteered in the Kasama MOH sa Kalusugan Surgical Mission in Bongao, Tawi Tawi, spearheaded by the Ministry of Health BARMM. During this surgical mission, they were able to operate on cleft lip and palate cases.

We are truly honored and grateful to be of service to others. For ear, nose, neck, and throat concerns, please don’t hesitate to visit our clinic in Medical Mission Hospital Tagum. We are open every Monday through Saturday except holidays.
