Though it is not completely true that the essence of a woman lies in being a mother, it remains true that the female body has the unique biological capacity to bring life into the world.

To close the celebration of Women’s Month, I would just like to share these two strong and amazing first-time moms who showed strength in choosing what is best for their family and their bodies. I am not just happy but as their coach, I am also inspired by them as they go through the journey of motherhood.

All the way from the Netherlands 🇳🇱 and Hong Kong 🇭🇰 , despite their bustling work schedules and despite expecting, they stayed strong. In fact, they chose to stay strong. And the sacrifices they made have truly borne fruit.

Congratulations to all women out there.
