The scheduled power interruption on Saturday, October 25, 2025, affecting SURSECO II (Lianga, Cagwait, and Tandag Substations), has been postponed upon the request of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Tandag for the holding of a whole-day Divine Mercy Convention.

Updates will be provided once a new schedule is confirmed.

Refine Dermatology extends its gratitude to the Taiwan International Healthcare Training Center (TIHTC) and the Taiwan Ministry of Health and Welfare for the opportunity for Dr. Soraya Elisse Escandor to participate in their program on wound care.

Through this program, Dr. Escandor gained valuable insights not only into advanced wound management, but also into Taiwan’s healthcare system and the diverse practices of esteemed colleagues from Saudi Arabia, Ukraine, Malaysia, Cambodia, and Mongolia — spanning dermatology, plastic surgery, and emergency medicine.

These learnings will be applied in our practice and shared within the Tandag community, as we continue our commitment to provide comprehensive and compassionate dermatologic care. 💙
