This is Sarah Seares Dela Pena from Bantayan Island, Cebu. He started to notice a lump in his throat around November 2020, he said it grew fast, this fruit is already big, that's why he can't go out of the house and it's also an obstacle to his movement because he can't bow his head because of the lump.
