May mga natanggap na report ang Occupational Safety and Health Center (OSHC) kaugnay ng paggamit o pagpapakalat ng Certificate of Accreditation na nagpapatunay diumano ng pagiging isang “OSH Practitioner in the field of Safety Officer” ng ilang indibidwal. Nais ipabatid ng OSHC na ang naturang certificate ay hindi lehitimo at hindi iginawad
ng DOLE o ng OSHC.

Pinapaalalahanan ang lahat na tanging ang OSHC lamang ang awtorisadong magbigay ng sertipiko ng pagka-OSH Practitioner. Ang lahat ng aplikante ay dumadaan sa masusing proseso ng accreditation bago magawaran ng kaukulang sertipikasyon.

Mariing kinokondena ng ahensya ang pamemeke ng mga dokumento at anumang uri ng panlilinlang o fraudulent act kaugnay ng OSH accreditation.

These exercises allow them to evaluate professional and operational capabilities, test equipment, and practice coordination with other departments to ensure swift and effective emergency response.

Despite this, we have observed that there are still instances where they are being mistakenly identified or perceived as active members of FMAG Rescue.

We would like to emphasize that the said individual and the persons connected to him hold no position, role, or authority under FMAG Rescue Philippines - Bataan Chapter. Any activities, operations, or transactions they conduct are done independently and bear no connection, endorsement, or approval from the organization.

It is also important to note that the said individual is not an officially certified EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) under FMAG Rescue Philippines EMT Training Course. Any claims or implications suggesting that he holds such a designation within our organization are false and misleading.
