This is a 91 years old patient px who sustained a hip fracture after a fall

Px was unable to stand and even move the left leg without severe pain since the incident

Underwent hip replacement after 1 month from time of injury

Px was able to stand on 1st day after the hip replacement surgery and was able to walk on her own by the 6th day after surgery. She is by far, the oldest patient in Ormoc city who had undergone a succesful hip replacement surgery. ❤️

Fixation using minimally invasive techniques promotes faster fracture healing because the soft tissue blood supply around the fracture area is not violated. Minimal incisions lowers the risk of surgical site infection as well.

A 50+ years old patient came in due to worsening left shoulder pain for 2 years. The patient already underwent rehab and repeated cortisone injections on the left shoulder before visiting our clinic. MRI study revealed shoulder impingement by a hooked acromion as well as a torn tendon.
We did a mini-open shoulder decompression and repair of the torn tendon using titanium anchors. We had a successful surgery and one happy patient.

Succesfully did this minimally invasive fracture surgery of a fractured arm. Surgical incisions are kept at minimum to promote faster bone healing. All praise and glory to God☝️
