Meet your best friend on the mat: Downward Facing Dog – a staple in most yoga flows, this foundational pose is both a resting position and a full-body energizer 🧘🏻🍃

It strengthens the arms and shoulders, lengthens the spine, stretches the hamstrings and calves, and improves circulation by encouraging blood flow to the brain.
