A patient asked me how much it cost to do tooth extraction.

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿: Masyado namang mahal, bunot lang.

𝗠𝗲: How much do you think it would cost you?

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿: 500php maximum... Madali lang naman yon diba?! Saka mura lang mga gamit tapos antibiotic lang.😁

𝗠𝗲: Ok, since magkakilala naman tayo pwede namang ikaw ang gumawa. 😉

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿: Pero hindi ko alam kung paano...😂

𝗠𝗲: For P500 tuturuan kita, nakasave ka pa ng P500 You'll get the knowledge na kailangan mo. 😉

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿: Sige, pwede na din.😁

𝗠𝗲: But to get started: May mga kailangan tayong gamit:
‌dental chair (100k to 200k)
‌personal protective equipments (1000 to 2k)
‌medicaments(1k plus)
‌autoclave(25k to 35k)
‌set of dental forceps(25k plus)
‌gauze, q tips (250)
‌mouthwash(350)
‌etc.

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿: Hala.😣 But I don't have all these equipment. Bibili pa ba ko niyan, isang ipin lang naman gagawin ko. 😐

𝗠𝗲: Well then for another 1000php more I'll rent my stuff to you para makagawa ka. 🙂

𝗠𝗲: Sure, nasa akin naman na yung ibang gamit, but for the peri apical radiograph you need to have one and I will refer you to diagnostic center (500 to 700php)

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿: X Ray Lang tapos ganun na agad price ? 😂

𝗠𝗲: Actually may ppe fee pa na 500 sa diagnostic center. ✌️

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿: 500 sa turo, 500 sa rent ng stuff, ganun din, ikaw na pala gumawa.🙏
