In a move to ascertain whether, the Internal Control System of the hospital is working effectively and to ensure compliance with statutory regulations, a chosen pool of Internal Auditors conducted a Follow-up Internal Audit last January 30, 2026.

Internal audit can likewise form as the basis for the hospital’s self-declaration of conformity. Lessons learned from the audit inspection shall be used as inputs for continual improvement processes for the betterment of the hospital.
