*World Dance Teacher Hipyogi (aka Marlette Alano Besa) started in the fitness industry as an aerobics instructor in 1993.

She started teaching yoga in 2000 and in the same year had committed to being a vegetarian. She is the first to teach Bollywood Dance Classes in the Philippines. She specializes in teaching one-on-one and group private classes. She choreographs and performs in special events and private parties.

With aging comes a natural tendency to lose muscle, a condition called sarcopenia. We gradually begin losing muscle mass and strength sometime in our 30s or 40s. This process picks up between the ages of 65 and 80.

The best way to fight sarcopenia is through resistance or strength training. STATIC STRENGTH INTERMITTENT TRAINING is a fitness program that involves vital muscle-building exercises using one's own body weight. Each exercise involves the use of different muscle groups. This training program is highly effective, efficient and safe. It's multilevel and sustainable. ALL of the exercises work on the CORE so you don't have to spend additional time on core-specific training.

The exercises are easy enough to follow so you can opt for online and/or face-to-face sessions at your convenience.

Safe - You will work at your own pace and your progressions will depend on your strength.

Effective - Static positions work the muscles at maximum intensity for the entire duration of the interval.

No matter how full your schedule is, I'm sure you can find time to squeeze in an under 30 minutes workout. It is important to stay active and high intensity workouts are one of the best for health, calorie-burning and anti-aging. Sessions are available face-to-face and online depending on your location. Peak Energy Intermittent Training is an under 30 minutes high intensity interval/ circuit training. The focus can be cardio, strength training or both depending on the client's needs. Classes are multilevel and participants are encouraged to work at their own pace.
