AMCV Lifestyle Upgrade Season 2

Launched the second year of this wellness program designed for AMCV Workers, focusing on individual and group goals aimed at enhancing health and well-being.

The initiative emphasizes health improvement and community activities, complete with incentives and prizes, and is brought to you with the full support of Adventist Medical Center - Valencia, Inc., initiated by the health and wellness department.

A heartfelt thank you to the 75 workers who embraced the challenge to upgrade their lifestyles through engaging and challenging health tasks!

May God grant us the strength and determination to consistently meet our health goals.

Lifestyle Upgrade Season 1- Summary Video

This video summarizes the Lifestyle Upgrade Program, the largest health and wellness initiative ever generously sponsored by Adventist Medical Center - Valencia, Inc. for its employees. Its goal is to enhance wholistic health by addressing nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, gratitude, interpersonal relationships, recreation, and community service.

This groundbreaking program supports 116 employees over an 8-month period, providing monitoring and health coaching to help them achieve their individual and group goals.

We are grateful to the Lord for instilling in each participant the determination to purse better health and for their active participation in this program, grounded in the belief that we can accomplish anything through Christ who empowers us.
We give all praise to Him for inspiring our team from the health and wellness with this initiative with good health and strength while facilitating this program and for its positive outcome.

CALLED. CHOSEN. FAITHFUL.

The AMCV workers were blessed by the recent 4-day Health Emphasis program hosted by the Wildwood Lifestyle Center Outreach Team, themed “Wellness to Wholeness,” which took place from January 21-24, 2026.

We immersed ourselves in God’s Word, reflecting on the importance of our medical missionary work and gaining enlightening perspective on maintaining optimal health.

We extend our gratitude to the Siloam Valley Institute, Inc., and to Drs. Elvin and Diana Tecson for making it possible for our institution to receive this health message.

Special thanks to Ptr. Tapiwa for serving as God’s voice, enriching us with topics such as:

✅ Mental Health
✅ Depression Recovery
✅ Meeting God’s Heart Need

We also appreciate Sister Sarai, a nutritionist, who shared insights on:
