The ZCMC Toxicology Specialty Center proudly joined the 26th Annual Convention of the Philippine Society of Clinical and Occupational Toxicology (PSCOT) held at Summit Galleria Cebu last October 29–30, 2025! 💚🧪

Our team of dedicated doctors, nurses, and medical technologists participated in this year’s convention themed “Occupational Toxicology at the Crossroads: Intersecting Science, Policy, and Workplace Safety.”

The event highlighted the vital role of toxicology in shaping safer workplaces and advancing evidence-based policies that protect both workers and communities. 👩‍⚕️👨‍🔬

📌 Snakebite First Aid Awareness Training
The Sirawai Palm and Rubber Corporation (SPRC) requested the conduct of a Snakebite First Aid Awareness Training to equip their workforce with proper knowledge and skills in handling snakebite incidents.
👥 A total of 60 oil palm plantation supervisors and 36 rubber plantation supervisors participated in the training, gaining practical knowledge on first aid management and other vital information to ensure safety in the workplace.
This initiative highlights the commitment of SPRC to promote the health, safety, and preparedness of its employees.
