WHAT IS ROAD HYPNOSIS?
- Road hypnosis is a physical condition that most drivers are unaware of.
- ROAD HYPNOSIS starts 2.5 hours after getting on the road, the eyes of the hypnosis driver is open, but the brain does not record and analyze what the eye sees.
- ROAD HYPNOSIS is the number one cause of rear-end crashes to parked vehicle or TRUCK in front of you.
- The driver with ROAD HYPNOSIS remembers nothing of the last 15 minutes until the moment of collision. He cannot analyze how many km speed he is going, or the speed of the car in front of him, usually the collision is above 140 km.
- In order to protect yourself from ROAD HYPNOSIS, it is necessary to stop, take a walk, drink tea or coffee every 2.5 hours.

اج کل بچوں کا سینہ جب خراب ھو جاتا ھے تو کچھ مائیں بچوں کا سینہ کپڑے سے مضبوطی کےساتھ باندھ لیتے ھیں۔ یہ ایک انتہائ خطرناک عمل ھے اس سے بچے کی جان جا سکتی ھے۔ یہ بچے کو فائدہ کے بجائے نقصان پہنچاتی ھے کیونکہ جب سینہ خراب ہوجاتا ھے تو فطری عوامل انسان کو موت سے بچانے کے لئے متحرک ھو جاتے ھے جیسے سانس کا پھولنا اور چھاتی کا تیز تیز حرکت شروع کرنا تاکہ زیادہ سے زیادہ آکسیجن کینچح سکے ۔ لہذہ سینہ باند ھنے سے آکسیجن کھینچنے میں مزید دشواری ھو جاتی ھے اور بچے کی تکلیف میں مزید اضافہ ھو جاتا ھے۔ اسلئے اس عمل کی حوصلہ شکنی کریں...

خون میں شوگر کی مقدار کوکنٹرول کرنے کے لیۓ ، انسولین کی دریافت سے پہلے، ٹائپ ١ شوگر کے مریضوں کے لیۓ، صرف ایک ہی علاج ہوا کرتا تھا۔۔۔۔۔” وہ بھوکے رہیں۔“

اس سے انکی زندگی کا دورانیہ ( یا موت تک کا وقفہ) دو سال تک بڑھ جایا کرتا تھا۔ دو سال کی مدت ہی، وہ زیادہ سے زیادہ وقت ہوا تھا جو ایک ٹائپ ١ شوگر کا مریض ، انسولین کے بغیر گزار پاتا تھا۔

جنوری ١٩٢٢ میں ، انسولین پہلی دفعہ کسی بھی انسان کو لگائ گئ۔۔۔ ڈاکٹر بینٹینگ ہسپتال کے ایک کمرے میں داخل ہوۓ جو جو شوگر کے مریض بچوں سے بھرا ہوا تھا اور ان میں سے زیادہ تر بےہوش تھے۔ انہوں نے کمرے میں موجود ہر بچے کو انسولین کا ٹیکہ لگایا۔ جب کمرے میں موجود آخری بچے کو انسولین لگائ گئ، تو جس بچے کو سب سے پہلے انسولین دی گئ تھی، وہ ہوش میں آ چکا تھا۔

”وہ کمرہ ناامیدی کی جگہ امید اور خوشی سے جگمگا رہا تھا“

زیر نظر تصاویر ایک ہی بچے کی ہیں۔ وہ بچہ ٹائپ ١ ذیابیطس (شوگر) کے مرض میں مبتلا تھا۔۔۔۔ (انسولین سے علاج کے بعد) اسکی حالت میں بہتری، ساتھ داہنی طرف والی تصویر میں واضح ہے۔

(میرے خیال میں پینسلین اور انسولین نامی دو ادویات نے کرہ ارض پر ، پچھلے ایک سو سال میں، ہزاروں یا لاکھوں نہیں، بلکہ کروڑوں زندگیاں بدل دیں ہیں)

Hassan Ali is going to get a lot of hate for this on social media as is evident, even I was going to succumb to the same, however it was a good game…. and anyone can have an off day! Let us hold off on the hate.

Part of the game, one team wins, one loses!!!

It just wasn’t our day! On to the next one!

But, one thing that this tournament has proved is that Pakistan is a formidable side and we need to build upon this to win the next ones! We have the winning formula! So lets celebrate that!

Clinical Case of Osteonecrosis of the Jaw.

Osteonecrosis is Focal Bone Necrosis, which can Occur Both under the influence of certain Etiological Factors and be Idiopathic.

It can cause Pain, Limited Mobility, Joint Collapse, and Secondary Osteoarthritis.

X-ray and MRI are Used for Diagnosis.

Early on, Surgery can Slow or Prevent Progression. In later Stages, Joint Replacement may be Required to Relieve pain and Maintain Function.

دوسرے طریقہ (at home) میں ڈینٹسٹ مریض کے دانتوں کے مطابق ایک نمونہ لیتے ہیں اور اس کی دانتوں پر پہنی جانے والی ٹرے بناتے ہیں اور مریض کو اس میں مٹیریل مخصوص مقدار میں ڈال کر دانتوں پر پہننے کی تجویز کرتے ہیں تقریبا کچھ عرصے تک یہ مٹیریل ٹرے میں ڈال کر مریض نے 8 گھنٹے پہننا ہوتا ہے
بلیچنگ کے طریقہ علاج سے دانتوں میں چھہ مہینے سے تین سال تک وائٹننگ کا اثر رہتا ہے
البتہ اس طریقہ علاج سے کچھ مریضوں کو ٹھنڈا گرم لگنا اور مسوڑھوں میں سوزش جیسی علامات ظاہر ہوتی ہیں اوریہ مستقل نہیں ہے اور سگریٹ نوشی اور چائے وغیرہ کے استعمال سےدانتوں میں وائٹننگ کا اثر کم ہو جاتا ہے۔شکریہ
