اگر آپ چڑیاں آزاد کروائیں گے تو ان کی ڈیمانڈ بڑھے گی اور مزید پکڑ کر لائی جائیں گی۔ اگر آپ انھیں آزاد کروانا چھوڑ دیں گے تو چند ماہ بعد بیوپاری خود انھیں آزاد کر کے کوئی دوسرا روزگار اختیار کر لے گا کہ اس میں کمائی نہیں۔ یعنی انھیں آزاد کروانا دراصل انھیں قید کروانا ہے۔
ایسے ہی کسی پروفیشنل بھکاری کو بھیک دینا دراصل اس بزنس کی مارکیٹ ویلیو بڑھانا ہے۔ غربت ختم کرنا نہیں۔ جب اسے دن کے تین چار ہزار ملیں گے تو اپنے پورے خاندان کو اس کام پر لگائے گا اور دن بدن یہ بزنس پھلے پھولے گا۔ یعنی کسی پروفیشنل بھکاری کو بھیک دے کر آپ ایک بھکاری کم نہیں کر رہے بلکہ دس مزید کو بھیک مانگنے کی ترغیب دے رہے ہیں۔
اگر ہم سب عہد کر لیں کہ پروفیشنل بھکاریوں کو بالکل کچھ نہیں دینا تو سال بھر میں وہ سب کسی نہ کسی دوسرے کام کی طرف لگ جائیں گے کیونکہ پیٹ تو روٹی مانگتا ہے۔
