موبائل کی لت: خوشی کا فریب یا ذہنی غلامی؟

کبھی سوچا ہے کہ ہم ایک لمحے کے لیے بھی موبائل فون سے دور کیوں نہیں رہ پاتے؟ جیسے ہی نوٹیفکیشن کی آواز آتی ہے، دل میں ایک چنگاری سی اٹھتی ہے۔ یہی وہ لمحہ ہے جب ہمارا دماغ ہمیں دھوکہ دے رہا ہوتا ہے — ایک وقتی خوشی کے بدلے ہمیں آہستہ آہستہ غلام بنا رہا ہوتا ہے۔
