As we all know that mental health is as important as that of physical health, because “A sound mind always lies in a sound body.” This pandemic situation has affected our lives and health in a way or other as many issues have arised because of it.
As mental health has always been a social taboo. It’s a stigma to talk about your mental health. As many things affects our mental health but we don’t discuss it with others.
So there arises a need to check the effects of Mental Health of our People in this Pandemic situation. So that we can fight with the situation together.
As house wives face more mental health issues as she is the Queen of her house so We have designed a survey to check the mental health of house wives as this Pandemic situation has affected house wives more than any one else.
We need your 5 minutes to go through this survey. It will help us to collect data and help the nation in return.

جیسا کے ہم جانتے ہیں کے دماغی صحت اتنی ہی اہم ہے جتنی جسمانی صحت کیونکے "ایک صحتماند دماغ ہی ایک صحتمند جسم کا ضامن ہے. کورونا سے پیدا ہونے صورت حال نے نہ صرف ہمیں معاشی طور پر، بلکہ دماغی طور پر بھی متاثر کیا ہے۔
جیسا کہ دماغی صحت آج کل ایک ممنوعہ سماجی موضوع ہے، اور آپ اس بارے میں کسی سے بات کریں تو آپکو عجیب طرح سے دیکھا جاتا ہے. یہی وجہ ہے کے اس بارے میں ہم کسی سے اس بارے میں بات نہیں کر سکتے۔
یہی وجہ ہے کورونا سے پیدا ہونے والی صورت حال کا لوگوں کے دماغی صحت پر اثرات کا جائزہ ضروری ہے. گھریلو خواتین پر دماغی اثرات زیادہ ہو سکتے ہیں کیوں کے وہ گھر کی مالکن ہے.
یہ سروے ان اثرات کا صرف خواتین میں جائزہ لینے کے لئے بنایا گیا ہے. اس میں آپکے صرف 5 منٹ کا وقت درکار ہے اور اس کے لئے ہم آپکے ممنون ہوںگے۔

In addition, closure of educational institute is another disturbing situtation especially for Pakistani house wives.
