stands with the world to celebrate *World Thalassemia Day* and join hands in raising awareness
Thalassemia is an inherited blood disorder in which the affected person's body produces less haemoglobin than usual. Haemoglobin is the carrier of *Oxygen* in human body and due to its deficiency, the affected person experience oxygen shortage, renders them anaemic and pale.
We're trying to build an atmosphere of awareness about the disease and preventive measures and stress on the importance of vaccination. We acknowledge the sufferings of patients and their caretakers and hope to stand by them.
So don't hesitate to donate your blood and save lives of so many children suffering from Thalassemia. Let's take a step together towards Zero Thalassemia Country.
