Ever seen beautiful kissing ovaries
on ultrasound?? Here is the view for you.
Both ovaries kissing eachother but unfortunately it is a pathological sign of bilateral endometriosis.
Because endometriosis creates dense pelvic adhesions, it pulls the ovaries toward the midline, making them appear stuck together (“kissing”).

Second most common cause: PID
Other causes: Post-surgical adhesions, pelvic inflammation, large pelvic masses.
