"Sent = Kept: The Inner Justice":

The sent version is what shape us. The received version is just an echo.

This isn't about physical things... it's about the invisible substance of our being: our prayers, wishes, words, actions, empathy, and service. Think of sent emails: what we send to others stays in our outbox permanently. Our prayer for someone reshapes our heart first. Our words of encouragement strengthen our spirit first. Our act of generosity expands our capacity first. Our deception or coldness hardens us first. The inner justice is automatic and absolute... we receive the exact quality of what we give, not from others, but from ourselves to ourselves.

We don't give our best to get something back from others or wait for appreciation or reciprocation. We give our best because the sent version is what shapes our being and becomes our reality, kept forever inside us. What we haven't shared will never become our reality or existence. We give our best because that's how we become our best. The person receiving our gift is secondary; the version of us created by the giving is everything. If we give excellence to ourselves but scraps to others, we keep the scraps... the act of giving low quality becomes our inner reality. Give honesty to some but deception to others, we keep the deception. Our cells don't distinguish between recipients; the inner justice only tracks the sender. We cannot give poison and keep honey for ourselves. We cannot send out mediocrity and remain excellent inside. The sent version IS the kept version.

Give our best to the stranger who will never thank us... we keep the generosity. To the person who doesn't deserve it... we keep the grace. To the situation that seems pointless... we keep the excellence. To the moment no one is watching... we keep the integrity. Not because they'll reciprocate, but because we get to live inside the quality we just sent out. Every moment is a choice of what to keep: Will we keep excellence by giving it? Truth by speaking it? Love by offering it? Integrity by living it? Or will we keep mediocrity, deception, coldness, and worthlessness by offering their cheap versions?

In order to receive our best, we must be willing to give it... not to get it back from others, but because the sent version shapes our being and becomes our reality, kept forever inside us. What we haven't shared will never become our reality or existence. We must give our best to everyone, in every moment, without exception or double standards... not for them, for us. The drop we send becomes the ocean we swim in. Inner justice is automatic: sent equals kept, always.

کامل باطنی انصاف ⚖️
جو ہم بھیجتے ہیں، وہی ہمارے پاس رہ جاتا ہے؛ جو ہمیں ملتا ہے، وہ محض ایک بازگشت (echo) ہوتا ہے۔
یہ بات مادی چیزوں کے بارے میں نہیں، بلکہ ہماری ذات کے اُس غیر مادی جوہر کے بارے میں ہے جس میں ہماری دعائیں، تمنائیں، الفاظ، رویے، ہمدردی اور خدمت شامل ہیں۔ اسے یوں سمجھیں جیسے ای میل کا نظام ہو: جو پیغام ہم بھیجتے ہیں، وہ ہمیشہ کے لیے ہمارے آؤٹ باکس میں محفوظ رہتا ہے۔ کسی کے لیے کی گئی دعا سب سے پہلے ہمارے اپنے دل کو بدلتی ہے۔ حوصلہ افزا الفاظ سب سے پہلے ہماری اپنی روح کو طاقت دیتے ہیں۔ سخاوت کا عمل سب سے پہلے ہمارے اندر وسعت پیدا کرتا ہے۔ کڑواپن، بد دعا اور فریب یا بے رخی سب سے پہلے ہمیں ہی سخت اور بے حس بنا دیتی ہے۔
ہمارے اندر ایک ایسا باطنی انصاف موجود ہے جو خودکار بھی ہے اور کامل بھی ⚖️ ہم وہی کیفیت پاتے ہیں جو ہم دیتے ہیں، نہ کہ دوسروں سے، بلکہ خود سے خود کو۔ اصل وصولی باہر سے نہیں، اندر سے ہوتی ہے۔
ہم اپنا بہترین اس لیے نہیں دیتے کہ بدلے میں کچھ مل جائے، یا تعریف، شکرگزاری یا جواب کی امید ہو۔ ہم اپنا بہترین اس لیے دیتے ہیں کیونکہ جو ہم بھیجتے ہیں، وہی ہماری حقیقت بن جاتا ہے اور ہمیشہ کے لیے ہمارے اندر محفوظ ہو جاتا ہے۔ جو ہم نے بانٹا ہی نہیں، وہ کبھی ہماری ذات کا حصہ بن ہی نہیں سکتا۔ ہم اپنا بہترین دیتے ہیں تاکہ ہم خود اپنا بہترین بن سکیں۔ لینے والا ثانوی ہے؛ دینے کے نتیجے میں بننے والا ہم اصل حقیقت ہے۔
اگر ہم خود کے لیے اعلیٰ معیار رکھیں مگر دوسروں کو ٹھنڈا اور بے رحم رویہ دیں، تو ہمارے اندر وہی بےرحمی اور زہریلا پن محفوظ ہو جاتا ہے۔ اگر کچھ لوگوں کے ساتھ ایمانداری اور کچھ کے ساتھ فریب کریں، تو ہمارے اندر فریب ہی راسخ ہوتا ہے۔ ہمارے خلیے یہ فرق نہیں کرتے کہ ہم نے کس کو دیا؛ باطنی انصاف صرف بھیجنے والے کو پہچانتا ہے۔ ہم زہر دے کر اپنے لیے شہد محفوظ نہیں رکھ سکتے۔ ہم معمولی پن بانٹ کر اندر سے اعلیٰ نہیں رہ سکتے۔ جو ہم بھیجتے ہیں، وہی ہمارے پاس رہ جاتا ہے۔
اس اجنبی کو بہترین دیں جو کبھی شکریہ ادا نہیں کرے گا۔ اسطرح ہم سخاوت محفوظ کر لیتے ہیں۔
اس شخص کو بہترین دیں جو اس کا حق دار نہیں لگتا ہم اسطرح کرم اور بردباری محفوظ کر لیتے ہیں۔
اُس لمحے میں بھی بہترین کریں جہاں کوئی دیکھ نہیں رہا اسطرح ہم کردار محفوظ کر لیتے ہیں۔
اُس صورتحال میں بھی اعلیٰ معیار رکھیں جو بظاہر بے معنی لگتی ہے اسطرح ہم اپنی عظمت محفوظ کر لیتے ہیں۔
اس لیے نہیں کہ سامنے والا بدلہ دے گا، بلکہ اس لیے کہ ہمیں اسی معیار کے اندر جینا ہے جو ہم نے بھیجا ہے۔ ہر لمحہ ایک انتخاب ہے کہ ہم اپنے اندر کیا محفوظ کرنا چاہتے ہیں:
کیا ہم بہترین بن کر بہترین محفوظ کریں؟
سچ بول کر سچ محفوظ کریں؟
محبت دے کر محبت محفوظ کریں؟
یا معمولی پن، سرد مہری، فریب اور بے قدری بانٹ کر وہی سب اپنے اندر جمع کر لیں؟
اپنا بہترین پانے کے لیے ہمیں اپنا بہترین دینا ہوگا اس لیے نہیں کہ دوسروں سے واپس ملے، بلکہ اس لیے کہ بھیجا گیا معیار ہی ہماری حقیقت بن جاتا ہے اور ہمیشہ کے لیے ہمارے اندر محفوظ ہو جاتا ہے۔ جو ہم نے بانٹا نہیں، وہ کبھی ہماری زندگی کا حصہ بن ہی نہیں سکتا۔
ہر ایک کو، ہر لمحے، بغیر کسی استثنا اور بغیر دوہرے معیار کے اپنا بہترین دیں اُن کے لیے نہیں، خود اپنے لیے۔ کیونکہ جو قطرہ ہم بھیجتے ہیں، وہی سمندر بن جاتا ہے جس میں ہمیں جینا ہوتا ہے۔

See a higher mega pixel image of life: not only what we hear, see, or show has a profound effect on our body and life, but also what we wish, desire, or want whether good or bad. Human nature is dual, comprising both light and darkness, which holds within it a limited capacity for good and evil.

Consider the limited power and authority that resides within each of us. It can be used for good instead of harming others. If the darkness within us is less, we will be less inclined to harm others. However, if we are willing and waiting to see and hear evil in someone else's life, this desire will affect us first. Because desire is like a seed, and the seed directly becomes a part of our being.

So, if we wish all the best for everyone, our desires will also be good. We can then be sure of reaping flowers, fruits, and fragrances. Unfortunately, we often fill our own paths with thorns in our ignorance. The darkness within others can only darken their entire lives.

Therefore, cleanse your mind and heart from all those thoughts, emotions, and desires that are cruel, dark, and evil towards others. Remember, darkness and evil become a part of our existence and life when we harbor them. And as we self-professed teachers can deceive others, but not ourselves.

ایک گہری سچائی کا تصور کریں۔ انسان کے وجود اور زندگی پر نہ صرف یہ کہ وہ کیا بولتا، سنتا اور دیکھتا یا دکھاتا ہے اسکا گہرا اثر ہوتا ہے بلکہ یہ کہ اسکے اندر جو خیر اور شر کی جو امکانی مقدار ہے کہ وہ کیا چاہتا ہے مطلب خیر یا شر سننا، دیکھنا بولنا چاہتا ہے۔ انسانی فطرت دوہری ہے۔ کیونکہ انسان کے اندر روشنی کے ساتھ بہت اندھیرا ہے۔ لیکن اس کے اندر ایک محدود اچھائی اور برائی کی صلاحیت اور اختیار ہے۔ غور کریں، اگر ہم چاہیں تو اس محدود طاقت اور اختیار جو ہم میں سے ہر ایک کے اندر موجود ہے۔ اسے دوسروں کی شر کی بجائے خیر کیلئے استعمال کر سکتے ہیں۔
اگر ہم کسی اور کی زندگی میں شر دیکھنے اور سننے کے حواہشمند اور انتظار میں ہوں۔ تو یہ حواہش سب سے پہلے ہمیں متاثر کرے گی۔ کیونکہ حواہش بیچ کی طرح ہے۔ اور بیج براہراست ہمارے ہی وجود کا حصہ بن رہا ہے۔ تو اگر ہم سب کیلئے ہر خیال، جزبہ اور خواہش خیر کی پسند کریں گے۔ تو بیچ بھی خیر کا ہی لگے گا۔ تو ہم پھول، پھل اور خوشبو کے لگنے کا یقین رکھ سکتے ہیں۔ ہم اپنے لاعلمی میں اپنے ہی راستوں کو کانٹوں سے بھر لیتے ہیں۔ دوسروں کے اندر کا اندھیرا صرف انکے زندگی کے اج اور کل کو تاریک کر سکتا ہے۔
اس لیے اپنے دماغ اور دل کو ان تمام خیالوں، جزبوں اور حواہشات سے پاک کریں جس میں دوسروں کیلئے بےرحمی، تاریکی اور شر ہو۔ کیونکہ نئی بات صرف یہی کہ وہ تاریکی اور شر ہماری ہی وجود اور زندگی کا حصہ بن رہی ہے۔ اور ہم خود کو استاد سمجھنے والے لوگ دوسروں کو تو دھوکہ دے سکتے ہیں مگر اپنے وجود کو نہیں۔ اس علم و ہنر میں ہمارے پورے معاشرے کیلئے ایک چھپی سحر ہے جو ہمارے زندگیوں کے تمام تر اندھیروں کو مٹا کر ایک روشن کل کی ضمانت دیتی ہے۔

خیر کا بیچ بونے سے خیر کا پھل ہی ملتا ہے۔ اور بیچ جتنا خالص اور زیادہ ہوگا۔ پھل اتنا ہی میٹھا اور زیادہ لگے گا۔ اگر ہمیں لگتا ہے کہ اج جو پھل ہم کھا رہے ہیں وہ کم یا کڑوا ہے۔ تو ہم نے بیج بونے میں بھی یہی غلطی کی ہوگی۔ دوسروں کیلئے بھی وہی پھل کا بیج لگائیں جو اپ اپنے لئے لگانا چاہتے ہیں کم اور خراب بیچ بونے سے کم اور خراب پھل ہمیں ہی ملتا ہے یہ زندگی کا قانون ہے۔ اس لیے اج سے زیادہ خالص اور بکثرت خیر کا بیج لگائیں۔ تاکہ کل اپکو زیادہ اور میٹھا پھل ملیں۔

Sowing good seeds yields good fruit. The purer and more abundant the seeds, the sweeter and more abundant the fruit. Plant the same seeds of kindness for others that you plant for yourself. It is a fundamental law of life that we harvest what we sow for others, not what we sow for ourselves.

ایک میچور انسانی خلیے میں کم ازکم ۸۰۰ مائٹو کانڈریا (پاور ہاوسز) ہوتے ہیں۔ یہ نہ صرف خوراک سے طاقت بناتی ہے بلکہ بہت سارے زہریلے کیملز کی صفائی بھی کرتی ہے۔ سل نے انکی طاقت دیکھنی ہوتی ہے تو انکے اوپر ایک ہلکا سا غم (pink1) رکھ دیتے ہیں۔ اب اگر اس میں دم ہوگا تو یہ اس غم کو کھا لیں گے اور اگر وہ اسے کھانے میں ناکام ہوا تو ہلکا سا غم اسکے اوپر پڑے بڑے جمع ہوتے رہتے ہیں جو دوسرے سنسرز کیلئے ایک نشانی ہے کہ اب اس پاور ہاوس کو تھوڑنا بہتر ہوگا۔
سلز غم والے زہریلے کیمیکلز کو یا تو تھوڑتے ہیں یا پھر اسکو تھوڑ نہیں سکتے تو چھپا دیتے ہیں۔ یا پھر پانی میں حل کرنے کے قابل بنا کر اسکو نکال باہر کرتے ہیں۔ اس سے بھی سلز کی طاقت خراب نہیں ہوتی۔ اور کچھ سلز تو ان غم والے کیمیکلز کو چھپانے کے بعد اسکو اگ کا ایک ہلکا سا شعلہ لگاتے ہیں اور ان سے تیل نکالتے ہیں۔ اور اگر سلز سے یہ تیل نکلتا ہے تو یہ اسکی بہترین صحت کی نشانی ہوتی ہے اور اس تیل کی مقدار انسانی خون میں اگر زیادہ ہے تو انسان کا موڈ بہت اچھا ہوتا ہے اچھی نیند انے کے علاوہ جلد پہ تازگی اور یہی تیل کینسر کے خلیوں کو مارنے میں بھی مدد دیتا ہے۔

انسان کے اوپر کوئی مسئلہ یا غم اتا ہے تو اسکو حل کرنا یا تھوڑنا اسکی فیملی سپورٹ، زرائع یا علم وعقل پہ منحصر ہوتا ہے۔ اپنے ہلکے غموں کوتو خود ہی تھوڑنا ہے اور جن مسائل یا غموں کو ہم تھوڑ نہیں سکتے تو انکو یا تو چھپا کے رکھیں بار بار کریدیں نہیں ۔ یا پھر ان لوگوں سے مشورہ کریں جو اس مسلے کو حل کرنے یا اس مخصوص غم کو تھوڑنے کے ماہر ہوں۔
