As we are currently focusing on the attitudes toward dreams in Pakistan, we created an online questionnaire in a collaboration with the university in Dusseldorf (Germany). It would be a great help if people from Pakistan could fill out the questionnaire, it only takes 5-10 Minutes. Thank you so much!

Our Story

The concept of the image depicts a keyhole in the center towards serenity. The colors blue and green represent Trust and Growth.

In 2011, a few young graduates in the field of professional psychology, realizing a need for both awareness and interventions got together and founded PAC Pakistan to establish and provide a forum that could make counseling and mental health affordable to and within reach of the marginalized section.
