I am an MBBS doctor, a CPCAB UK certified Integrative Psychotherapist, an EMDR Practitioner and a Masters in Public Health. As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I engage with individuals, couples and families. Previously, I dedicated extensive efforts at a Drug and Rehabilitation Centre, addressing a spectrum of psychological challenges encompassing anxiety, depression, anger issues, abuse, eating disorders, relationship dynamics, and trauma/PTSD. My experience extends to working with individuals grappling with schizophrenia, bipolar disorders, and substance addictions, spanning diverse age groups from teenagers to those over 70.

With specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I actively practice as an EMDR therapist. This approach significantly accelerates traditional talk therapy, particularly benefiting individuals coping with anxiety, PTSD, and issues stemming from significant life events.
My primary objective is to cultivate a secure environment for clients, continually assessing progress through behavioral health observations—an integral responsibility for a therapist. Dedicated to client convenience, I operate remotely on a global scale, tailoring management strategies to accommodate diverse time zones and individual feasibility.

I am a Psychologist with 10 years of experience in my field providing Cognitive behavior therapy and evidence based treatments to my clients. I have been dealing in Anxiety, OCD, Depression, Bipolar, Marital problems, Behavioral issue of children and many more psychological issues. My work broadens by providing services to Adults, teenagers, University students and school children .

I pursued my education in Bsc Psychology where I received a Gold Medal from Kinnaird College. Then, I continued Mphil Clinical Psychology from Kinnaird and placed myself on the Roll of honor. I received training in RBT (BCBA)USA and Cognitive behavior therapy courses from Harvard University and Oxford University.

Moreover one of my special project features on social emotional development of childrens in Schools. I have been counseling students of various ages in terms of anxiety management, stress management, positive reframing, exam anxiety management, bullying, behavioral issues, etc. Besides, I created mental health platforms like podcast, talk shows, school wide plans including Anti Bullying weeks etc. as a mental health firs aider in various organizations in Pakistan on a voluntary basis.

I’m incredibly passionate about helping individuals with their mental health. As a certified psychologist and psychotherapist, I’ve dedicated my life to providing support and guidance to those facing mental health challenges.
My approach is all about creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients can open up, share their thoughts, and begin their healing process. I firmly believe that building trust and rapport is the foundation of effective therapy, and I’m committed to forging meaningful connections with each of my clients.

Moreover, I’m also a spiritual healing practitioner. I believe that true relief encircles not only the mind but also the spirit. I aim to help individuals achieve a deeper sense of balance and well-being.
All my sessions are tailored according to the client’s needs I work through fragments, splits, enactments, and role plays to help bring awareness of certain patterns and their underlying reasons in each person’s unique personality traits and their therapeutic goals on which we decide upon the healing process.

So, start healing and releasing old patterns that are becoming a hindrance to your growth. This can be done through somatic healing, spiritual healing through divine names, EMDR, trauma-based therapy, dream interpretation, and learning to align yourself with your soul.
I always emphasize that you need to give your mind and body time to recover.
