Low Back Pain

کمر درد(Low Back Pain ) کا شمار ان امراض میں ہوتا ہے جس کا سامنا لوگوں کو سب سے زیادہ کرنا پڑتا ہے۔ ایک طبی رپورٹ کے مطابق کے ہر پانچ میں سے چار افراد کو عمر کے کسی بھی حصے کے دوران اس کا درد کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے۔ عام طور پر اس درد کا آغاز پسلیوں کے نیچے سے ہوتا ہے اور یہ کولہے تک پھیلتا ہوا محسوس ہوتا ہے۔شروع میں یہ درد زیادہ شدت اختیار نہیں کرتا، لیکن اگر وقت گزرنے کے ساتھ اس کا علاج یا اس درد کو کم کرنے کے لیے احتیاطی تدابیر اختیار نہ کی جائیں تو اس کی شدت میں اضافہ ہو سکتا ہے۔
کمر درد کی وجوہات مختلف ہوتی ہیں، کچھ افراد کو زیادہ دیر بیٹھنے کی وجہ سے اس درد کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے، کوئی چوٹ، ابتذالی ڈسک، آرتھرائیٹس، پھسلی ہوئی ڈسک یا کوئی بھی ہڈیوں کا مسئلہ شامل ہیں۔ بسا اوقات یہ درد غلط انداز میں سونے، ذیادہ دیر تک بیٹھے رہنے یا کاندھوں پہ بیگ پہنے رکھنے کی وجہ سے بھی ہو سکتی ہے۔
صحیح تشخیص کے بعد آپ کا معالج آپکو درد کو کم کرنے کیلئے بہت سے قدرتی طریقے بتا سکتا ہے۔ فزیوتھراپی اور ورزش کے زریعے کمر درد کم کیا جا سکتا ہے ۔ فزیوتھراپی درد کو بہتر کرنے کے لیے انتہائی اہم کردار ادا کرتی ہے۔لیکن ایسی ورزش کا انتخاب بہت ضروری ہے جس سے کمر پر ذیادہ زور نہ پڑے تا کہ درد کی شدت میں اضافہ نہ ہو۔ لہذا فیزیوتھراپسٹ سے مشاورت انتہائی اہم ہے۔

Yesterday, Dua did her first independent walk with KFOs and that's such a big achievement which I attain in 2 months although still it's quite late but Alhamdulillah we did it by the blessings of Allah ❤️❤️❤️

3.5 years old Dua diagnosed case of DMS and IUS plus she delivered premature as well. Her father and mother are so supportive, strong and hopefull and they believe Physiotherapy will do miracle and Alhamdulillah up till now Physiotherapy is not disappointing him.
