آج ہم قائدِاعظم محمد علی جناح کی رہنمائی، حوصلہ اور قائدانہ بصیرت کو یاد کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے ہمارے لیے آزادی اور خودمختاری کی راہیں ہموار کیں۔

قائدِاعظم نے قوم کو غلامی سے آزاد کیا اور نوجوانوں کو قیادت سکھائی، ہمیں بھی آج علم، فکر اور خدمت کے ذریعے اسی عزم کو آگے بڑھانا ہے۔

The first session of Breaking Free from Perfectionism opened a powerful conversation on how perfectionism can quietly turn into an addictive pattern, affecting mental health, self-worth, and daily functioning.

Our guest speaker, Ms. Shan-e-Zainab, unpacked how the constant need to be “perfect” fuels stress, burnout, and unhealthy coping mechanisms. Through real-life examples and interactive activities, participants reflected on their own patterns and began recognizing how perfectionism shows up in everyday choices.
