We hope you are doing well. As the winter season approaches, we would like to inform you about the updated school timings that will be effective from December 8, 2025. These changes have been carefully planned to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of all our students during the colder months.

Revised Winter School Timings:
• Start Time: 8:10 AM
• End Time: 2:15 PM

Friday Timings:
• Start Time: 8:10 AM
• End Time: 12:15 PM

محترم والدین/سرپرست حضرات،
السلام علیکم

یہ بات آپ تمام والدین کو مطلع کی جاتی ہے کہ اسکول کے طے شدہ قواعد و ضوابط (SOPs) کے مطابق اگر آپ کا بچہ کسی وجہ سے اسکول حاضر نہیں ہو پاتا تو غیر حاضری کی درخواست اسی دن اسکول میں جمع کروانا لازمی ہے۔

یہ پیشگی اطلاع اسکول کے لیے طلبہ کی حاضری کا درست ریکارڈ رکھنے اور ان کی حفاظت اور دیگر معاملات میں بروقت پیروی کرنے کے لیے ضروری ہے۔ اس حوالے سے تاخیر کی صورت میں طلبہ کی حاضری کے ریکارڈ پر اثر پڑ سکتا ہے۔

ہم آپ کے تعاون اور اسکول کے ساتھ بھرپور مدد پر آپ کے شکر گزار ہیں۔ امید ہے کہ آپ اس تعلیمی نظام کو بہتر بنانے میں ہمیشہ ہمارا ساتھ دیتے رہیں گے۔

نوٹ:
آپ کی سہولت کے لیے آپ اسکول کے سرکاری واٹس ایپ نمبر پر بھی درست وجہ کے ساتھ غیر حاضری کی درخواست بھیج سکتے ہیں۔

Assalamu Alaikum,

It is hereby informed that as per the school’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), in case your child is unable to attend school due to any reason, an Application for Leave must be submitted to the school on the same day of the student’s absence.

This prior information is necessary for the school to maintain accurate attendance records and to ensure student safety and proper follow-up. Failure to provide timely leave information may affect the student’s attendance status.

We appreciate your cooperation and support in helping us maintain a smooth and responsible academic environment.

For your convenience you can also share the leave application with proper reason on official whatapp number of the school.
