Hormonal Changes & Puberty Awareness Session at Pingus English School

On behalf of Madadd Pvt. Limited, our team conducted a specialized Hormonal Changes and Puberty Awareness Session for students and teachers at Pingus English School.

The session was led by our Nutritionist Ms. Areesha Ambert and Physiotherapist Dr. Vineeta, who provided age-appropriate and scientifically accurate guidance on puberty, hormonal development, physical changes, emotional well-being, personal hygiene, and healthy nutrition during early adolescence.

Our goal is to educate students about the natural stages of growth, promote confidence through knowledge, and support schools in creating a safe, informed, and supportive environment for young learners.
