Prof I H Bhatti, Professor Emeritus of Neurosurgery, an eminent neurosurgeon, left this mortal world on Friday, the 17th of October 2025. A great loss. He was my postgraduate trainer and teacher. I had the opportunity to work with him and closely observe him. A wonderful teacher and trainer, an excellent human being. He dedicated his life to patient care .Always available to his patients day and night. He had a charismatic personality. He will always live in the hearts of his students, trainees, friends, and patients. His professional services are unmatched and will be remembered for decades. May Allah grant him the highest place in Jannatul Firdous and sabr-e-Jameel to the bereaved family members, patients, friends, students, and trainees.

Oct 4th 2025..Prof Dr M Jamaluddin's memorable farewell in Marina Club on Cruise , became old Surgical Unit-I ( now SU-II )get together . Jamal (as I always call him ,even today,) has got an association of about 25 years with me in Abbasi Shaheed Hospital . An obedient ,loyal , hardworking , punctual , dutiful & devoted to the profession person. May Allah give him a long life with health & a new venue to explore .

Pakistan Health Summit, held on 20-09-2025 at PC Hotel Karachi. Receiving Health Heroes Award. Served humanity & dealt with the Injured victims from 1983 to 2015 in Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. ( Before this I served in Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Centre - JPMC, Karachi ) Always a front line health worker Surgeon from Bushra Zaidi incident , Aligarh-Qasba colony , Super highway SohrabGoth & all emergencies in Karachi . In addition all elective surgeries as well as major Burns & bomb blast victims,Thoracic , cardiac & vascular injuries were so well managed ,that we had referrals from outside Karachi for excel in emergency surgery . Alhamdolillah , Allah Tala gave me the strength , Courage & wisdom to succeed. Thanks Allah Subhanahoo wa Tala for choosing me this noble profession & standing against the test of time .Prayers for my parents & teachers who taught me the art of living among the living's .Prof Nek Mohd Sk, Prof Bilquis Mallick, Prof S M Samie Ashraf , Prof S M Rab , Prof S A Hameed ,Prof IH Bhatti, Prof Rathore, Prof Rehman ,Prof Nizamul Hassan , Prof Suleman ,Prof Qazi. ..Learnt from them - Practiced & served in Abbasi Shaheed Hospital
