Position: Brand Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Executive to support the planning, ex*****on, and monitoring of brand marketing initiatives. This role involves managing day-to-day social media activities, handling PR and influencer relations, coordinating UGC (User-Generated Content), supporting product launches, managing shopify store front. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and passionate about building brands that resonate with customers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
• Manage and oversee all brand social media accounts.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand strategy.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and industry benchmarks.
• Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.
2. Public Relations (PR) & Influencer Management
• Coordinate with PR agencies and external media partners for coverage and features.
• Manage influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns to drive engagement.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media notes, and partnership updates.
• Maintain strong relationships with media, bloggers, and key opinion leaders.
3. Brand Campaigns & Product Launches
• Assist in the planning, ex*****on, and monitoring of brand campaigns across digital platforms
• Support in organizing product launch events and online activations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless campaign ex*****on.
4. Content & Creative Support
• Work closely with creative teams/agencies to ensure brand consistency in all materials.
• Contribute ideas for innovative content, brand storytelling, and campaign concepts.
• Assist in developing marketing collateral, packaging, and promotional material.
5. Website Management & Omni-Channel Marketing
• Overall website performance, ensure speed, no bugs or errors, updating banners etc
• Upload new products, make changes to current products etc.
• Experiment with new shopify apps to increase conversion
• Create and execute email marketing strategies

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in brand management, digital marketing, or PR.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Work Space
• Bonus: Previous experience handling shopify store
