πŸŒ™ Know When to Stop Fasting

Fasting is a beautiful act of worship, but your health is an amanah (trust). πŸ’™

If blood sugar drops below 70 mg/dL, rises above 300 mg/dL, or you experience severe dizziness, confusion, weakness, or dehydration, it’s important to break your fast immediately.

Protecting your life and health is also an obligation in Islam.

Let’s observe Ramadan safely and responsibly.

Self-Assessment Before Ramadan πŸŒ™

Before you fast, ask yourself:
βœ” Do I know my recent HbA1c?
βœ” Can I recognize low blood sugar symptoms?
βœ” Am I able to monitor my glucose regularly?
βœ” Do I know when to break my fast if necessary?

If your answer is β€œNo”, consult your doctor before Ramadan.

Fasting is a blessing.
Safety is a responsibility.
