It was inaugurated in August 2020 by Hamid Khan and started working from the initial stage with collaboration of his friend Mr Touseef Khan

ٹی بی TB ایک جان لیوا مرض ہے جو کہ ایک بیکٹیریا/ جراثیم " مائیکرو بیکٹیریا ٹیوبرکلوسز" Mycobacterium Tuberculosis کی وجہ سہ لگتی ہے۔
پاکستان میں ہر سال 4 لاکھ 10 ہزار مریضوں میں ٹی بی کی تشخیص ہوتی ہے اور 69,000 لوگ اس بیماری کی وجہ سے مرتے ہیں (Who) .

410 000 incident cases of TB and 69 000 TB deaths in Pakistan every year.
ٹی بی کی مختلف اقسام ہے لیکن سب سے اہم اور بنیادی قسم جسے Primary Tuberculosis کہتے ہیں،اس سے پھیپھڑے / Lungs ،متاثر ہوتے ہیں۔عام طور پر اس قسم کو پلمونری ٹیوبرکلوسز / Pulmonary Tuberculosis بھی کہتے ہیں۔
ٹی بی کی تشخیص اور علاج اگر وقت پر نہیں ہوتا تب یہ انفیکشن جسم کے باقی حصوں میں بھی پھیل جاتاہے اور اس سے ٹی کے دوسرے اقسام/ Secondary Tuberculosis جنم لیتے ہیں جیسے کہ
1.Bone Tuberculosis
2.Gastrointestinal Tuberculosis
3.Meningitis/Brain 🧠 Tuberculosis
4.Genitourinary Tuberculosis

2. انتوں کا ٹی بی

ٹی بی کے علامات :
سب سے اہم : وزن کم ہونا، مستقل کھانی , بلغم میں خون ، پیسنے آنا ، بھوک کا نہ لگنا وغیزہ شامل ہے۔

CBC ,IGRA (interferon gamma release assay ), BLOOD CS ..

لعاب دھن یا تھوک کا ٹیسٹ :

Skin test : Mantoux Test

Precautions: ٹی بی سے بچاؤں کیلئے احتیاطی تدابیر
1.انفیکٹڈ مریض سے بچوں اور صحت مند لوگوں کو دور رکھے۔
2.مریض کے تمام کھانے پینے کی اشیاء علیحدہ کردیں اور انہیں صحت مند افراد استعمال نہ کریں ۔
3. آلودگی اور گرد وغبار سے اپنے آپ کو بچانے کیلئے ماسک کا استعمال کریں یا پھر کسی رومال سے چہرے کو ڈھانپ کر رکھیں۔
4. صحت مند غزائیں سبزیاں پھلوں کو غزا کا حصہ بنائے
5. پانی کو ابال کر پینے ۔۔
بروقت ٹی بی کی تشخیص اور بروقت علاج آپکی جان بچا سکتی ہے۔
