🌍 World Keratoconsu Day 2025

A patient presented to my clinic with a history of PKP performed twice.•The first keratoplasty was performed in 2008.•Due to blunt trauma the second keratoplasty was performed in 2019 •The patient is also aphakic.•The patient complained of severely decreased vision. At presentation, visual acuity was counting fingers (CF).After fitting with scleral lenses, the patient’s vision improved to 6/9.
