s p a c e at the second Why We Write Retreat at Galleywinter Farm in Afton, VA. You can choose private or shared lodging or camping right on the farm! (which I will be doing and would LOVE if you joined me 🤗🏕️)
The healing power of journal writing is absolutely profound to say the least and I am so excited to see it all unfold while being held by Mother Nature, the Horses and other Wild Women that will be alongside me 🌳🍃🐴

A late Happy Yule! ❄️🕯️🪵
2022 has been…quite the year. The best way I can encapsulate it, without completely trauma dumping on the internet, is I have truly felt the entirety of the human emotion spectrum. I have never been more tired, while feeling full of life. I have never been more excited and absolutely petrified. I’m coming to realize that this duality is what Life is all about.
I came into this year with the intention of planting seeds and healing, and in the most unpredictable, way I did that s**t.
After quitting my job a month ago with no direction or idea of what I was gonna do next - I’ve decided in 2023 I will be opening my own brick and mortar bodywork and energywork space 🙌🏼💫🕉️
More on this coming soon. But in the meantime enjoy and indulge in the holiday and new year. Whether it’s a time for family or a time of introspection - tis the season 👁️ 🌨️ and namaste 🙏🏼 ❤️

I hit my 8 book goal for 2022 🙌🏼📚 💫

This year I read a lot of self help and ended on a murder thriller to “lighten”it up 😅
In 2023 I plan on expanding to 20 books so there’s lots of room for more diverse genres 🌎
Have you ready any of these before?? My favs this year were - Transitions, Chop Wood, Carry Water and Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself 💭 ❤️ 📚

This upcoming week I turn 26, will be 30 days clean from cigarette’s and am just now realizing I’ve been working in wellness for 4 1/2 years.
Where has the time gone? All the past versions of myself & angels are beaming with pride - it feels good to feel I’m making them proud :)

the past month has been… uncomfortable to be completely honest 🌎
lots of loss and grief, new beginnings, love, uncertainty… I could keep going, but I don’t want to over shadow the immense gratitude I have for every part of this journey - no matter how painful or numbingly unreal things may feel in the moment.
it all leads here. this week I felt peace for the first time in awhile. even with a to do list miles long, overcoming a 10 year ni****ne addiction (6 days clean today!!!), and many places to be. all while our country is..well…ya know….
Thank you to everyone who has sent me love and healing over the past month - or just checked in. or sent me a funny tiktok/reel.
🌈 we’ll make it 🌈
