after interviewing so many patients, looking into the pathogenesis, vegetable oil is the biggest culprit, then comes fast food, plastics , lack of exercise and proper sleep.
please throw out the cooking oils, use desi ghee instead. OIL is beating the rest!!!! it makes a permanent coat in cell membrane and causes insulin resistance. it takes 2 years for the oil to be removed from the body.
